Management Package
Our Standard Management package automatically includes the
following:
Monthly Inspections
A monthly inspection and airing of the property is carried
out when your home is unoccupied and a written report is sent
to the owner. The inspection includes checks for any signs
of interior and exterior structural damage, leaks, water ingress,
humidity and the condition of the furnishings. If there are
any major problems with the property, you will be notified
straight away. Our team of experienced inspectors will make
prompt and timely suggestions on how to solve any problems
that arise.
However, if you do not feel that a monthly inspection is sufficient,
we can carry out additional inspections at your request, for
a small additional charge. This allows you to set the standard
of service you require for your home from home.
Monthly
Accounts
A monthly Statement of Accounts is sent to you detailing all
your Housekeeping and Technical Services expenditure during
the month.
Reception
and Key Service
We offer a reception and key service at our centrally located
purpose-built offices at 14 Bridge Street, Menai Bridge from
Monday to Saturday for owners and their guests. Coastal keeps
a coded record of all keys, and never hands keys over to third
parties, without the express permission of the property’s
owner. We also have a secure night box where we leave keys
for owners or their guests, if they wish to collect them outside
of normal office opening hours.
On
Site Service
Members of the Coastal team are always on hand to help you
with your day-to-day needs. With a team of staff, we are able
to deal with most problems in a prompt and professional manner.
Standard
Package Rates for 2006
The annual management fee for our Standard Package is dependent
on the number of bedrooms the property has. Please note, the
prices listed below are in sterling, and do not include VAT.

A member of the Coastal team is on call 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. For out of office hours the hourly rates are
as follows:

Replacing
and re-filling fuel
A number of properties have propane bottles or tanks that
need either replacing or filling, a number also have oil tanks.
Key
Collection
Coastal offers a 24-hour key collection service from its offices
in Menai Bridge. Keys can be collected from our offices during
office hours, and from our coded night security box when the
office is closed.
Administration
Charges for Holiday Rentals
Coastal offer a holiday letting service – a separate
package is available for this service.
