Comprehensive
Management Package
In addition to our standard management package,
we also offer a Comprehensive Management package. There are
many benefits to this, not least of which is that we take care
of all your financial obligations. Dealing with local authorities
and public utility companies can be tiresome. Our Comprehensive
Management package takes away all those worries, as we look
after your accounts on your behalf.
This
is best suited for owners who wish to enjoy their second home
to its fullest, safe in the knowledge that all their bills are
being met.
If
you decide to opt for our Comprehensive Management package,
you get all the benefits of the Standard Management programme,
as well as all the following:
Payment of all accounts and/or invoices on your behalf originating
from the following sources:
• Rates
• Utility Bills
• Maintenance Bills
• Property Insurance
• TV licence / Sky
We can only make payments on behalf of owners if their account
has sufficient funds. Coastal ensures that owners are notified
when payments are due to be made.
Comprehensive Package Rates
The annual management fee for our Comprehensive Package is as
the Standard Management Prices (as above) plus an extra £16.00
per month.
